Sugarcane Farming

In addition to our sugarcane logistics operations, The Grand Shujaa Farm conducts own-farm sugarcane cultivation on leased and owned land within the fertile Muhoroni sugar belt — one of Kenya's most productive sugarcane growing regions. We grow high-yielding varieties suited to the local agro-ecological conditions of western Kenya.

Our farm-grown sugarcane is delivered directly to Muhoroni Sugar Company and other nearby mills. We also operate outgrower schemes, providing cane seedlings (setts), fertilizer, and agronomic support to smallholder farmers who grow cane under contract for delivery through our logistics network.
